Fill this in and we will email you a link. Tapping it tells us the request came from you rather than from somebody typing your address into a form, which is the only reason we ask. After that a person here reads it, checks our records, and does it.

We answer within 30 days, it costs nothing, and asking does not affect a move you have booked. If you would rather write to us, the address is on the privacy notice.

What we cannot delete

Some records have a legal minimum life and we are not allowed to destroy them early: invoices and the VAT behind them for six years, customs declarations for as long as customs law in the UK or your destination country says, and identity documents for customs until they are deleted automatically 90 days after your goods are delivered. If any of those apply to you we will say so, name them, and delete everything else.
