Using this website

By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use it. We may update them from time to time; the version on this page when you use the site is the one that applies.

Our online estimates

Our quote tool calculates an estimate automatically from what you tell us — your inventory, the route, access at each end, and the services you choose. It is a genuine guide, but it is only as accurate as the information behind it, so the price is confirmed once we have surveyed your move.

If you pay a deposit to secure a date before your survey and the survey changes the price, you can decide not to go ahead and have your deposit back in full. Everything else about your move — including what happens if you postpone or cancel — is set out in our Terms & Conditions, which you are asked to accept before you pay.

Customs and other guidance

Our customs pages, checker and checklists are general information, prepared carefully from published guidance and kept up to date as best we can. Customs rules change, and how they apply depends on your circumstances, so they are not legal or tax advice — your coordinator confirms exactly what your move needs, and for anything that matters you should check with the authority concerned.

Your customer portal

  • Sign-in links are personal to you. Please do not forward them — anyone with a live link can open your move.
  • You decide who else can see your move, and you can remove their access at any time from your account page.
  • Documents you upload must be genuine, and yours — or someone's who has agreed — to share with us.
  • If you think someone else has got into your portal, sign out of every device from your account page and tell us straight away on 020 8044 4474.

Please do not

  • Try to get into parts of the site, or anyone else's move, that you are not meant to.
  • Upload anything harmful, such as viruses, or anything you do not have the right to share.
  • Submit false enquiries, or use the site in a way that disrupts it for anyone else.
  • Copy our content, prices or quote tool for use in a business of your own.

Our content

The text, design, logo, quote tool and other content on this site belong to us or to the people who have licensed them to us. You are welcome to view, print and share pages for your own use, and to link to them.

We link to other websites — GOV.UK, customs authorities, our payment provider — for your convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they say or do.

Keeping the site running

We work hard to keep the site available and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be free of interruptions or errors. We may change or suspend parts of it — for example, to maintain it. If something is not working, call us and we will help another way.

Our responsibility to you

If we break these terms or fail to use reasonable care and skill, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that was a foreseeable result. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable. We provide this website for your personal use: if you use it for a business, we are not responsible to you for lost profits, business or opportunity.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Our responsibility for your goods during a move is set out in our Terms & Conditions.

Your information

How we use your personal information is explained in our privacy policy, and the cookies we use in our cookie policy.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes can be brought in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
